I’m Kasia Groves, founder of KG2 Consulting and an experienced HR consultant and fractional people leader.

I work directly with business owners, boards, and leadership teams to resolve workplace challenges, strengthen people management and put practical structures in place that support the way the business needs to operate.

My role often begins when people matters have become more complex than they should be: whether that involves performance concerns, unclear accountability, inconsistent management practices, organisational growth or significant workplace change.
